Brand new apartment in the historic center of Castiglione delle Stiviere.
The apartment is located in a historic building completely renovated maintaining architectural friezes of the time combined with modern elements, for an excellent combination.
In the building there are two other identical apartments, all of the same ownership with the same tourist destination.
It consists of a large living area with TV, corner sofa bed, kitchen.
It has two double bedrooms, one of which has the possibility of single beds, both of which have a private bathroom with a large shower and all sanitary facilities.
All rooms are air-conditioned, wifi throughout the structure.
On the lower floor there is a large condominium garden, common to all three apartments, equipped with tables for lunch / dinner outside, area with lawn and deck chairs where you can rest, brick BBQ area.
Also on the lower floor we find the laundry area, with wash, dryer and drying rack which is common to all three apartments.
In case of booking only one guest, only one room with its own bathroom will be made available, the other will be unavailable, since the price of the apartment is based on the number of occupants.
In case of booking for two people, the accommodation will always be of default to the one with a room with bathroom, in case of need of two rooms with two bathrooms even with two guests, the supplement of the reservation for three guests will be applied.
